I'm going to call this guy I really fancy this morning (in about 30 mins actually!) and I want an opinion: Shall I behanve all casual or ask him to meet up (still in a casual, friendly way though)? Any other suggestions?

go for it !!! just ask him casually if he'd like to go out sometime... no use putting it off or you'll just get more and more nervous. anyway, he might feel the same way, and could be nervous about asking u out ! good luck... hope it all goes well.

Good God do you need help with any other major decisions in your life? What to have for breakfast perhaps? Do you look left and then right or is it the other way round? Dunk your biscuit once or twice? These are the burning issues aren't they. Phone him, don't phone him, Who really gives a ****. Anyway shouldn't you be at school by now?

Just act natural and be your self, I am sure that's who you want him to date the real you and not somebody made up who you think he will like.
Practise a couple off sentences for the date but let everything else be natural.

calling him would be odd but if you know each other that well then you can but just remember to keep your cool everytime you meet him.

when you call him be calm/relaxed nice funny and sweet.
ask his out to coffee or to hang out or something like that.
don't forget manner's and when you seem him smile.
