We dated for 2 yrs. Things were good initially. In this period i was cheated on, lied and disrespected. He broke up and got back with me a couple of times. Finally I moved on with someone else. He made me break up with the new guy in my life. I did it for him . My ex wants me back and promises to treat me right and also is willing to marry me and speak to my parents. He is treating me exactly the way i wanted all this time and is keeping me really happy. Will he let me down again??? Is it just time before he reverts back to the old himself cause im available once again. Please tell me. Am i gonna end up hurting myself all over again? Is this just a dream??

Sorry to say this but its just going to be a matter of time before he dumps and starts treating you badly all over again. You need to be strong and tell him that you don't want to get back together with him. At the moment he is treating you exactly the way you want to be treated because he hasn't got you back yet. But as soon as he does...things will be good for a while and then, the cheating and the lies will start again. Do you really want to put yourself through that again? At the end of the day it is your choice but I wouldn't get back with him

Unfortunately, you're probably headed for another heartbreak. Most guys that lie, cheat, etc. don't ever change. I was with one for 10 years, he stopped lying and cheating but never grew up. Sounds like he's very inmature and doesn't deserve someone like you. You need to love and respect yourself to be able to attract the kind of real man you're looking for. A real man that won't lie, cheat and will treat you with respect. Took me 7 years after the ex to find one, but he's definately worth the wait!

He will always cheat, lie and disrespect. You have seen this pattern over and over. He continues to promise that he will change and yet he never doesn. You deserve to be happy and I don't think you will have that with him.
