Is that Stargate SG-2 ....? The gauouel ? I would say they are false gods and parasitic or symbiotic snakelike creatures
controlling a human body. They are evil, either immoral or amoral as well .

As I remember the original Stargate movie, it was Ra, the sun god.
A bit of an evil character.
