Game refers to wild animals and birds which can be caught by "sporting" methods.

Yes, and yes - both could be referred to as game, although I suppose duck could also be said to be fowl. But referring to wild boar as fowl? Pigs might fly. Oh...well in that case...

Usually it is if farmed it is fowl if hunted game. I think, no thats not right, its fowl is domesticated and game is wild - aaaahhhhhh.

I once used ground cinnamon instead of coriander when I was cooking chicken curry........that made it pretty fowl lol
