I think the weight range is typically 135-175.
I am 5'9" and I weigh 155(ish).

It depends on your BMI (body mass index). You can google a BMI calculator and see for yourself if you're at an ideal weight for your height. There is no 'typical' weight, only a healthy weight.

125-164 depends on body frame size (sm, med, lg)
calculating your BMi would be smarter
it also depends on muscle ratio vs fat etc.
