Do you think there should be tougher penalties and laws in regards of?

government personal in high raking security positions that are caught in the act of espionage towards their own country of employment????????????????? What is your opinion ?????????

Well, the currently penalty is either life without parole or death.

So, what "tougher penalties" did you have in mind that wouldn't violate constitutional prohibitions against excessive cruelty?
