Hello,
(ANS) You can work out at the gym everyday but there are several things I would point out to you.
a) Yes! you can workout each day but that doesnt mean your working the appropriate muscle groups correctly. What I see in most gyms is men working out with the most ridiculous mis-placed efforts (the if it doesnt hurt it couldnt be doing me any good school of workout!!)
**If it hurts then 99% certain its NOT doing you any good at all IMO. Over lifting weights is a real problem in most gyms & its extremely bad for your body too. Smaller lighter weights lifted more frequently is better for you IMO.
**Be careful here, be very carefull, its entirely possible to suffer from over training too? Everyday is probably too much in my opinion x3 a week is more realistic.
**If you train everyday then your in serious danger of burning out, I'd bet you wont be training everday in a years time??
b) Most gyms dont have good quality instructors who have been serious athletes themselves, what that means is they dont know the importance of correct alignment & correct placement of the body when training & on each exercise. That also means most training is wasted & the effort expended is also wasted.
c) diet although important doesnt have to be very specialised when training intensively (I dont care what anyone says about this!) I used to eat a normal healthy vegetarian diet whilst I was working out alot.
d) Each person has a different body type, each person's body shape will be influenced by genetic factors too, this means when we put weight on. The body accummulates it in certain places. In many men thats around the hips & wait area.
You need to work on doing specific exercises for the wait's area inorder to help reduce the spare tyre effect. That would been lots & lots of sit up's and small sit ups to work the deeper abdominal muscle groups i.e. the 6 pack effect, the long abdominals.
**Just eat a normal daily diet, sleep well is important too whilst training. Training x3 a week is better than daily because the body has to recover from each workout and the waste products from each workout have to be purged from the body i.e. things like lactic acid.
**Avoid all the body building pills & drinks & steroid circus. Unless you want to have long term health problems. All those pills & potions came at a cost and I dont mean in money either.
Good luck! IR

If you are getting leaner overall as you say, then it is only a matter of time before you eventually lose fat around the waist. Keep at it and give it time because it normally takes more than 3 months but will eventually happen. Also, here is a sample meal plan and a link to some nutrition info. I have used similar practices to maintain less than 5% body fat and a 6 pack for the past 22 years.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia with Green Tea (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia with Green Tea sold at http://www.bestaces.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 14 day sample (there is a $4.97 shipping and handling charge).
Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

It may not be the type of food you are eating, but when you are eating. Avoid late night snacks, drinking too much and kebabs.
That spare tyre will be the hardest to shift. If all fails, Liposuction!.

besides going to gym, eating the right kind of diet wud help tone ur body.
Just take some more veggies and fruits and avoid those with fat....the cholesterol ones like butter and oil.
ean meat is also good. When i say lean meat, it has pure meat on it....no fatties from the meat. Of course, you need protein from meat to strengten your muscles and healing of lesions or wounds.
Take milk instead of cofee. Milk has calcium that strengtens your teeth and bones
Also green tea may help to sooth your mind. When you exercise, its best when your mind is relax.
Basically, that spare tyre around ur waist is fat stored in your body. Burning of fats like when you perspire can help.

You probably need a cleanse on the inside, as there is an accumulation of food that you are not eliminating. You should have bowel movements at least twice a day, preferrably morning and night. Your digestive system has to be cleaned out and we could work out a regime for you if you are interested email me at newbegin@shaw.ca and send you email that you wrote here to me there

Cut dairy out of your diet altogether - get your calcium from other sources (milk doesn't actually contain more than other sources such as chinese cabbage, sardines and oranges). Dairy is the devil for hard-to-shift fat!
