Yes there is! Its often referred to in the Evening Adver as the "Walcot Boxing Club". One or two of the boxers appear to be doing very well nationally!
I have no idea how you contact them but the Adver would definitly know.

You can post your question on www.warriorboxing.com - I even think they have a list of the UK clubs, but am not sure.
