He does everything that a boyfriend does. He even acts like my boyfriend when I talk about other boys. Does he just want to keep me right where he wants me? I like him but I know he's bad for me. I know I mean a lot to him but yet he doesn't want to get with me or even be any kind of physically romantic with me. But yes, we do hang out like boyfriend/girlfriend all the time. I mean, without all the sex and hugging and kissing. It's weird. I want to stop thinking about this person but their my everything right now. What to do?

At least now you have a small part of an idea what all the guys you've given the "friends" line feel like.
You just need to break off contact with him and forget him.

Most people, myself included are horrible at reading signs and usually something is misinterpretted and we get the wrong impression. If he's not interested well theres no sense beating a dead horse
