Are they sedatives, hypnotics or barbiturates? It makes a difference. If you don't know which...then you really should have asked you doctor...assuming they were prescribed legally.
If sedatives.....he** go cold turkey.You should be able to tough it out for a couple of weeks.
If hypnotics or barbiturates...then you will need medical assistance. Depending on the level/dosage or number of pills you have been taking going cold turkey can actually cause seizures and death.
