ok. I'm guessing you are around 15 or so? First of all it is your body and you can choose to kiss someone if you want to or not. I would not even say anything if he doesn't ask you out again it is his fault and obviously you have your answer that he was a sleaze that just wanted something other than your willing to give.
If he asks you out again or asks you why you didn't kiss him say I have a policy : no kissing on the first dates. Leave it at that. Guys usually like girls that they can chase if you give in its like wow that was easy. They will actually lose respect for you. So stick to your instincts!

He should honor the first kiss rule on first dates that they aren't mandatory.
Tell him you like him, want to be with him, but you are not as easy with the physical side of things.
Also, your post was so full of blogtalk I could barely understand it. If you are not confident typing good English, use the handy spell check. Not using plain English can give people a false sense that you are uneducated. I am here to help you. =)

Don't do anything to make someone else happy UNLESS it makes you happy as well to see them happy.
If he got mad at you for not kissin him, tell him to kiss your *** and move on! For real! There are millions of boys/men out there that don't act like stoooopid azz children when they don't get what they want.
Always do for you first, then you'll attract people that want to do for you as well.

You do not owe him any explanation. You did not feel comfortable kissing him on the first date, so what.

tell him you want to take things slow. that you really like him but want to get to know eachother before being romantically and physically involved. but a little peck wouldnt be bad.
