Does anyone know of any great home remedies for a spot pimple treatment?
I need an overnight treatment that will at least reduce the size and redness by the next day.

Nothing will help overnight. You can try a regimen of gentle cleansing twice a day, and benzoyl peroxide 5% once a day to the affected area.

try some metholated spirits. Its an oldie but it works. It takes the redness out in a couple of minutes than put a vitamin e cream on your face straight after.

try preparation H or while in the shower allow hot water to run on your face for 15 minutes. then don't rub but pat dry...use peroxide to cleanse and.put toothpaste on the area that needs to be healed-allow to dry overnight

Toothpaste can sometimes work wonders.
It's an antiseptic and helps dry it up.
Dab some on at bed time, wash off in the morning.

Longer term, remove ALL egg products from your diet. Cakes, sweets, biscuits, ice cream, certain types of pasta etc etc.
