I'm not great with Spanish, but it certainly looks to me as though she is urging someone NOT to enter the military; she's urging caution, and saying that she's not happy with the prospect of someone's entering the military/armed forces. She offers a kiss, and emphasizes "dont' enter the military!" at the end.
