I believe there is a need to compare the 2 books to give us an insight to their teachings. Feel free to add:

ON LYING -

Q’uran - "Allah will not call you to account for thoughtlessness (vain) in your oaths, but for the intention in your hearts; and He is Oft-forgiving, Most Forbearing." Surah 2:225

Bible – John 8:44 : You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father's desire. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies.

On MURDERING –

Q’uran 2:191 "And kill them wherever you find and catch them. Drive them out from where they have turned you out; for Al-Fitnah (polytheism, disbelief, oppression) is worse than slaughter."

Bible - 1 John 3:15: Anyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life in him.

On REMARRIAGES

Islam - Bukhari Volume 7, 63, Number 187:: A man divorced his wife thrice (by expressing his decision to divorce her thrice), then she married another man who also divorced her. The Prophet was asked if she could legally marry the first husband (or not). The Prophet replied, "No, she cannot marry the first husband unless the second husband consummates his marriage with her, just as the first husband had done."

Bible - Deuteronomy 24 : 4 -Since she has slept with her second husband, she cannot marry her first husband again. Their marriage would pollute the land that the LORD your God is giving you, and he would be disgusted.

On PROPHETHOOD –

Q’uran 33:40 - "Muhammad is not the father of any of your men, but the prophet of Allah."

Bible – Luke 16:16 : The Law and the Prophets are until John (the Baptist).

On NON-BELIEVERS –

Q’uran 8:12 : "I shall terrorize the infidels(non-muslims). So wound their bodies and incapacitate them because they oppose Allah and His Apostle."

Bible – Luke 6:27 "But I tell you who hear me: Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you,

On LUSTS –

Q’uran 33:51 - "You may have whomever you desire; there is no blame."

Bible - Mark 9: 47 And if your eye causes you to sin (lust), pluck it out. It is better for you to enter the kingdom of God with one eye than to have two eyes and be thrown into hell,

Let's compare the 2 religions and see how different they are since they are written by 2 different entities.

From here we can see that allah supports lying, murdering, sex before returning to spouse, killing non-believers and revelling in sex orgies. While God of the bible hates all these things.

Look at the way Zero replied. It seems that the comparison was enough to offend him. Didn't Jesus say, "Wisdom is proved right by her actions"?

You know... it would help if you actually used REAL quotes from the Quran.. You're making an attack on a religion you don't even understand. You take a snippet of information - like the one on divorce, and make a blanket statement that sex is allowed before marriage? How did you get that from it? When in truth, that snippet is about divorce being a three stage system, allowing time for the couple to reconcile, cos a lot of the time, things are said in anger... If they do totally divorce, then a woman can only remarry her ex husband after marrying some other man and sleeping with him. But then this is a difficult thing to do, isn't it, if you really did love your man? Thats why it emphasises divorce as an important promise or link. If you don't want to go through that (marrying another man), then don't divorce unless you're really sure of no hope in your marriage. Other things that you wrote are totally made up ... I'm sick of defending my religion against made up things like that... Get a mind - find out the REAL truth... my dear.... I feel sorry for you that you have to amuse yourself by banging other people's beliefs by making stuff up.

Yes I do agree with you that you must make a comprehensive comparison between Al Qur'an and Bible.But you must remember that Bible contains many false verses and you have many different version.I have read a reaseach book made by Irene Handono formerly a catholic that 90% of Bible are false verses.If you know mslims have only one version of Al Qur'an around the world.We issued the same way on the right in arabic letters and on the left in other language as its translation.or interpretation.
After your in depth study you will have a conclusion which is better and has no contradictions.

Qur'an [3:61] ....and pray for the curse of Allah on the liars.

As for the issue of prophethood, That's the Source of your Gospels, The Bible (Book of Christianity) States that Jesus died for everyone's sins, The Qur'an (Book of Muslims) says otherwise, you can't prove the Bible to be of Any validity to me, I Believe what my book tells me.

As for the Issue of "Enemies, It is a totally unrealistic thing, no one can love the enemy which he kills, That's why your nations are racing to develop bigger armies and better weapons that kill more people in less time.

As for LUST, Islam Allows Gave women more rights, Men can only have sex with women through Legal marriages, and strictly forbade any relations with women that are not married to them, Everyone Lusts, it's a natural thing as biological life-forms, we can't Pluck out our eyes each time we sin, that's an unrealistic scenario, How many times have you Lusted?

FIRST you said Allah supports lying:
1- in sureh2:225 you has read the ayah wrongly the right ayah is:[ Allah will not take you to task for that which is unintentional in your oaths but he will take you to task for that which your hearts have garnered; Allah is forgiving, clement] this ayah says that what is important for god is what in your heart; and he will not punish you for the things you had done intentionally and does not mean that he support lying.
about lying in these ayah Allah has said:
2- Surah 40:28 Allah says: [ Lo Allah guideth not one who is prodigal, a liar] see? Allah does not support lying!!
3-surah 6:21 Allah says: [Who doth greater wrong than he who attribute a lie against Allah?]
4-surah 20:48 Allah says: [Lo it has been revealed unto us than the doom will be for him who lies]
so according to above ayahs and many other ayahs Allah does not support lying; and in Islam lying is a very very bad thing and the god says that the doom will be for him who lies.
SECOND you said Allah supports murdering. do you know that in this ayah: surah 2:191 says that Allah says kill them where ever you found them who are THEM? it implies to the enemies of Islam who fights against Islam and kill Muslims every where they found Muslims!! obviously every one know that if a person want to kill you; you should not watch him kill you and your brothers and you should kill him. ok?
THIRD about sex before returning to spouse and the ayah you had written(33:51). this ayah is about wifes of the prophet not about all womans and every Muslim know that having sex with every one except your wife or husband is a big, very big guilt in Islam and no one can kill non believing persons in Islam without reason.
it appears that these thinkings are because you do not understand these ayahs well and then you conclude wrongly.you should always know that this book and religion is from God not human or devil!!) and has nothing wrong in it.

Actually I find it is more insightful to compare the founders of Christianity and Islam. By looking at Jesus and Muhammad, we can easily see how they are poles apart.

1. Jesus' birth was announced by Gabriel, Muhammad's wasn't
2. Jesus was born of a virgin, Muhammad was not
3. Jesus claimed to be God, Muhammad did not.
4. Jesus performed miracles, Muhammad did not.
5. Jesus died for our sins, Muhammad did not
6. Jesus rose from the dead, Muhammad did not
7. Jesus was worshipped by people, Muhammad was not
8. Jesus was a man of peace, Muhammad was a man of war
9. Jesus responded to his enemies with words of warning, Muhammad responded to his enemies by having them killed.
10. Jesus lived a sinless life, Muhammad was a sinful man like any other person

They are both written by man and not God (or whatever you call him) We all have the same one and true god, called by whatever name and we all can come together in this by simply being good to all others.
