That's interesting. If you call each phase or change of His "existence" a separate "life" - then He has more than three. 1. Pre-existent Word 2. born of virgin Mary 3. resurrected after being crucified 4. coming again in the rapture 5. coming again to set up His reign for 1,000 yrs on earth 6. Judge at the Great White Throne Judgment Seat.
Actually it is just One Life expressed through changing phases of revelation need.

I'm not really sure what you mean by three lives, but I can tell you that christians believe that jesus was (1) born of the virgin mary, (2) resurrected after being crucified and (3) he will return at the end of the tribulation and (as far as I have understood) resurrect the bodies of both those who believe and non believers (both will have perfect bodies) but Jesus will only take those who beleived with him to heaven. I don't consider that three lives, its one life, just different aspect of it, ya know, and the fact that he is eternal cause he is God.

He is coming for the second time because being resurrected means he went to heaven to await his second coming so i dont think he has 3 lives

uh no, but a lot of people believe in the myth that cats have 9 lives which is untrue, and much like Jesus, cats only have 1 life.

he died in body but not in spirit.. its why he asked god to receive his spirit
but yes he did go back to his body to fullfill the prophecy that he would come back-aka resurrected after crucified.
but yes he will come back again so that we could be with him forever

just 1 continues life. example: he did not die on the cross, he just left that body and went to god. so his life never ended

Sounds like most Christian religions, though they prase it as a "Second coming" so they'll disagree on saying "three" lives. I like your question!
