Potatoes, especially in that form are very starchy which could very easily result in you getting fat and adding other health problems to your plate (no pun intended!).

Eat as much as you want.
Quit saying "oh you'll get fat."
One meal will NOT make you fat.
It's good for the body to eat well every once and a while!
You only live once, eat 12 bowls if you please!
