Go to Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices and open the Sounds tab.
Scroll in the "Programs events" until you see "Start Navigation" and click that. Then, in the "Sounds" dropdown box below, select "(None)".
Click OK.
You may need to redo this everytime you change your desktop theme.

bypass to regulate Panel/Sound. In there is settings for the sound for diverse activities. you may click on the shape and play to discover what's used. there's a drop down menu on the left and the accurate merchandise is none. once you discover the article replace it to what you want and ok out.
