No, that gives you permission to walk away, far, far away. If he does it now what is to prevent him from doing it again..you will never be able to trust him.

It's gives you the permission to break up with your guy and get the hell out of this relationship to cut losses.
If he cheats on you, there is no relationship anymore.
Don't get down to his level for revenge.

lets hope not. Now if you cheat how would you like it if your boyfriend cheated on you? well, wrong is wrong.
You are entitled to forgive him as he might have made a bad decision to cheat on you ...Cheaters should be given another chance as that would be the mature thing to do.
You are confused but remember nobody is perfect ...and he may be a louse for doing it but you would be worse for it if you cheated to as you know in your heart of hearts that this is wrong wrong wrong...take the higher ground and forgive him but keep an eye on him as you have lost his trust!

An adult, with any sense, or at least any pride would leave.
Why would you tolerate that behavior? And if You truly love this man, how could you even think of being with another man? Duh??? This is a no-brainer! Break up - You two are not meant to be together.
