As long as Chinese embassy don't know it, but if you require to tell them i would think they would reject your application, good luck and all the best, Hope all working out for you.

Well you know to be able to get a working visa so the Z visa, you'll have to pass a medical examination ( I did mine last week ) and there you'll have a complete blood test. So if your blood shows something, you might not get the medical certificate.
