That is very good that you are not tired! You should be happy. DO NOT take pills. Pills have too many side effects and are harmful to your digestive system. The less pills you take in life the longer you will live. Sleep only when you get tired and stay away from pills!

Don't become dependent on pills its a bad habit to start and depending on which you take it could hurt your body and stomach. What I suggest is don't eat really late and don't have pops/drinks at night when you are ready to go to bed because sleeping on a heavy stomach isn't good and at times is hard to fall asleep with one and also avoiding pops/drinks other than water at night as they give you energy. You could see your doctor and find out what is stressing you out or what you are doing to cause this issue and she could give you some sleep meds to help you out other than nyquill. Until then get a good routine, workout , eat healthy and try to keep your stress levels low.

try not taking drugs. instead work out during the day. it'll wear you out and you'll get tired by night. if you're still not tired, that means you're not busting your a$$ hard enough.
I had a massive jet lag and I couldn't sleep until 4-5 in the morning and that's what I did. Now, I can sleep well. good luck

Hot milk with your favourite hot choc flavour or milo, after so for a swim. have u ever notice how tied people are after swimming maybe its the chlorine in the pool, don't take pills yet use them as a last ditch effort, plus u can get natural pills from the chemist.

Why don't you drink warm milk which has triptophane a natural sleep aide? Or buy chamomile tea? Please don't take anything especially Ambien, if your doctor tries to prescribe that to you. It is found now that people are getting in car wrecks and the hallucination is horrible. My mom and I took them and never will again. I exercise and that should help you too. Or try a book or write in a journal.

Have some sex or read a book. If none od these help, I will recommend you to try some sleepy time tea. You can find this at your nearest 711 right now. If you feel that doesn't work, ask your doctor so he can check you and if you really need it, prescribe some Lunesta for you. Good luck!

I take Lunesta,It makes you fall asleep like 5 min after you take it.You only take it until you get a good sleep pattern going. I love it and all you gotta do is tell your PCP whats going on and ask her/him if you can try some samples.
