I am sure ur husband loves u for who u r, not ur weight cause that is why he loves u enough to get married. But to be more realist, try to eat only breakfast, some healthy snacks and a bit of dinner. Try to excersize alot, even if it involves parking at the furthest carpark at the shopping mall every step counts. I am sure no matter what you'll be attractive on ur wedding day :) Good Luck, but don't starve urself to death, otherwise there will be no wedding LOL!

If you're wedding is in the next couple of weeks I'm not sure about that, but if it is in a month or more I would suggest a low carb diet, I have done it before and you can lose weight pretty fast. But you do have to follow it, or it won't work good.

The fastest way is to take the alkaline liquid diet.

Fats are nothing more than stored acid. If you continue to take acidic food, even with exercise you cannot get rid of fats. walk and do cardio everyday also swim too it will tone you. As for food what I suggest for breakfast have something like special K or one egg and tomato. for lunch have lettuce and a small portion of chicken and dinner have the same as your lunch. Each meal separated by 5 hours, so like breakfast at 8, lunch at 1, dinner at 6. Do not add dressing to your meals and cut your salt intake!!! In between your meals you can have fruit like an apple, do not eat many grapes and avoid pears as they are high in sugar. Fat free gum is ok too. you must must must try to Drink 8 cups of water a day!

Daily Schedule
1. Breakfast - Cereal or 1 egg and tomato
2. Fruit , Drink water
3. Lunch - Vegetable with chicken or fish (boiled or steamed)
4. Fruit, Drink water
5. Dinner- Vegetable with Chicken or Fish (boiled or steamed)
-side notes-
don't forget to workout, eating plain popcorn is ok and its also ok to have fat free gum when you having cravings.
I know its a boring plan but if you eat like this everyday with reasonable portions you will lose weight! Don't forget to take your multivitamins!

You can lose about half your weight by not getting married. Drop off that sack of potatoes real quick and you will feel the weight just lifter off your shoulders. It is truly amazing, and it can save you a lot of money in the long run too.

One pound = 3500 calories. If you take in 3500 less calories than what you burn, you loose a pound. Quick weight loss plans are loss of water, which can be unhealthy. Most wedding dresses have seams for fitting (letting out and taking in) Get you dress to fit the healthy you (with water intact). Your fiance is marrying you for love and wants you healthy. A few pounds lost under stress is not going to help your wedding day any.
