Um, well if you were a baby animal, I'd squirt warm soapy water up your bum, always has instantaneous results. Don't see why it wouldn't work for humans...
Gah, on that unwelcome visual, I'm going to bed.

Eat prunes or pears. Try ex-lax or an enema. Try a suppository. Have some fibre. It sounds as though you're impacted. If you were in a hospital the nurses would take it out lol but as that's not an option-try one of the above suggestions or talk to a pharmacist at a 24 hour pharmacy. Good Luck -I hope you get relief soon. Beware of Hemorrhoids!!

Hemorrhoids are swollen and inflamed veins in the anal canal. They can be itchy, bleeding and/or painful protrusions just under the skin. To get rid of hemorrhoids you can use this natural method that already have thousands of positive reviews https://tr.im/wmf8L
There are two types internal and external. Internal are inside the anal canal in the lower rectum and external are at the anus. They result from increased pressure in the veins often due to straining during bowel movements and during pregnancy. Scratching in an attempt to relieve the itching symptoms further weakens the area and compounds the problem.

I mean there isn't really anything you can do that will work immediately unless you go to the store and get one of those enema water things. Otherwise you can try to take a pill and wait till it kicks in.
Just try to relax I guess and hopefully you'll be able to get some sleep.

Eric...first...you need to eat a meal of fibers...this will give you bulk. Eat fruit also. Then, have a few prunes. Be sure to chew them completely. Then, walk around, even for a few minutes. Then, have some cereal...like Product 19.
Take 2 dumps...and see us in the morning.

The most common causes of hemorrhoids are straining during bowel movements and obesity. Follow these essential hemorrhoid prevention tips and you may not even have to delve into any hemorrhoid treatments https://tr.im/nPHYV
If you’re straining during bowel movements, there is no doubt that you are suffering from constipation, and obesity only heightens your chance of experiencing these digestive issues. The best solution for hemorrhoids is to not have them at all!

Eric, you might want to use an enema. That will make you go instantly, (1-5) minutes. Or if you are more patient, you can take a laxative, IE: Milk of magnesia.

If you're old enough there's probably a 24hr pharmacy close by with laxatives to buy, if not start hitting your dairy and fiber products hard.
