Latex and chemicals are first compounded then it is molded. Then it goes through a dehydration process.

The condoms are then tested for leakage before it is wrapped.

This website will tell you how a condom is made:

mc,

For the unenviable job that condoms are made to do, they are actually well engineered pieces of latex.

You'll need a chemist, chemical and manufacturing engineer, and a company that makes equipment to form latex. Thin condoms are ideal since the thinner they are they are less likely to block sensations...make them too thin however, and you'll see unacceptable failure rates. Too thick, and the user doesn't feel a thing. Major condom manufacturers also electrically test the product by putting the condom over an electrically charged sensor and putting it in water...if the sensor detects water, the condom has a hole in it, and that defective condom is discarded.

I'm with the others on this one...just buy your condoms. You'll save a lot of money.
