Being nasty back will only make you feel bad after you are not feeling mad anymore and you never want the bad side of you to get the best of you especially when that doesn't express who you are truely. Be thankful for any moment you found enjoyment and try to be strong to overcome any hurt that made you mad.

Enjoy the fact that you could have, but didn't. Take the higher road, because it's easier, better, and will keep things from unexpectedly escalating.

Try to let go of whatever happened. If not possible, just distance yourself from her and focus on more positive things to do.
