He likes you. Guys can like two girls at the same time without any trouble. But he probably likes his girlfriend more. I'd say there are a few other firsts that he wouldn't mind being if you give him the chance, but don't think he'll leave his girlfriend over you.
Five years older is nothing assuming you're both legal. But if you're 13 and he's 18 that's just wrong.

The age gap isn't the problem (my husband's ten years olders than I am). The problem is that an older man is manipulating you. Sweetie, stay away from this guy. Your first experiences kissing and everything else should be with someone who loves YOU!
Some guys (and girls) will take advantage of the fact that you're younger and less knowledgable.

If we girls can grasp this true idea, we will learn that they are truly special creatures in need of self confident, self assured, self sufficient ladies who can insist on them being gentlemen. There is no consistency with the women. some are ladies and other are women who let the guys get away with anything because the woman will do anything to have the species!

well, if it was your first kiss..that truly kind of sucks that along with it comes this sticky situation. I'm tellin ya..you should really, really try not to pursue a guy who has a girlfriend..sooner or later youre going to realize that if he is sneaking around with you that, he could probably do the same thing TO you when or if you actually end up with him. Don't forget that. Being that youre a bit younger than you..he may think that youre naive and don't know better than to see him for who he is. You need to tell him: her or me.
