The girl I have sorta been "seeing" latley has pretty much gotten attached to me I think and I never really wanted this to happen. What makes things worse is that I am much more interested in another girl, and this girl that happens to be one of her friends too...I know her friend is interested in me too but since their friends I do not know how to go about this situation. In the end I dont want her to be mad at me and I also do not want to try and ruin their friendship. Please give me some advice on what to do.

You should go out with the one that you like the most, It is up to them about their friendship..It is not like the two of you were serious anyway..

Alright, you need to be upfront, honest, and blunt with her. Honesty might seem like a bad answer and you could look like a jerk but in the long run you'll look good for doing it. Tell her exactly how you feel. Even if she does not want to hear it it will help her becuase if you give her a bs answer and she realizes it she'll be anagonizing over why you really dumped her and why you would not tell her the truth. With honesty she can have a hard couple of days, weeks, etc and then move on. As with her and her firends relationship that probably will hit a big bump but when the girl realizes that there are more guys out there for her (or you and her friend don't work out, whatever comes first) then she and her friend can continue their friendship.

forget all those girls and just be friends with them for now... if they ask why .. tell them you just want to do well in school and do not want any distractions. just focus on school right now and forget fooling around. you will have more time for that later.

if you dont like her then tell her now because if you let her get more attached than she already is then she will be more hurt in the end.
