i love to make pizza! a good white pizza is my favorite:
thin crust with olive oil and garlic
ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and feta cheese with fresh basil and ripe tomatoes!
i also love to lightly coat the crust (of any homemade pizza) with olive oil and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.

i decided a month ago to make my own pizza and im here to tell you, i will never go to dominos again. I tried several recipes for the dough and all were good. the sauce was easy to make but is best if you get fresh herbs,(basil and rosemary) to cook in it. It really makes the difference BAM. Also, I precooked my meats just a little before topping it and i had NO GREASE on my pizza. The toppings were fresher as I had just cut them up, pizza places have tubs of toppings setting all day getting limp and spoiled. The pepperoni i bought was much tastier than the store bought pizza and i could put as much or as little as i wanted on it. let me warn you though, chain store pizza will always taste like crap after you make your own.

Hawaiian: Canadian bacon with pineapple tidbits
Sometimes, if I'm feeling extra hungry, I'll add small strips of bell pepper and sliced black olives, I like those on pizza too!
Also, making a full-blown pizza can be hard work, so I make homemade pizza pockets using the flaky-style jumbo-sized refrigerator biscuits, a can of tomato paste, lots of garlic, Italian seasoning, and whatever I feel like having as "toppings." Then you just bake them at 350 for 20 minutes. Yum-o! And they freeze really well!

Once a month I have pizza making night. I dig out all my pie pans (sometimes I have to buy a few), make a huge batch of dough, and make all sorts of pizzas to put in my freezer. Then I have little frozen pizzas all month.
My favorite pizza is vegetarian pineapple, those I like to order, canned frozen baked pineapple just doesn't taste right.

Yeah. It's fun making pizza. My fave is Hawaiian pizza & that pizza with four different type of cheese.. I forgot the name! LOL! (--,)

Pizza Marguarita (Napoli Style):
Fresh Mozzarella
Tomatoes
Fresh Basil
Virgin olive oil and sea salt
Over very thin crust.
Simple but very delicious.

I like to make a homeade breakfast pizza with scrambled egg, white cheese, onion, and oregano. Very tasty.

All the time! For my hubby and me sausage & mushroom. For my son veggie. I like the pizza dough from Trader Joes and TJS sauce yummy!
