The general answer is around 2000. Of course, this is entirely dependent on your age, size, health, and the amount of physical activity your partake in on a daily basis.

The daily values for women is 2,000 and 2,500 for men. Do know that these are just estimates and your calorie intake per day should depend on how much your body can actually burn. Your height, weight, lifestyle and a whole lot more also have an impact on how much calories you need.

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia with Green Tea (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").
The Hoodia with Green Tea sold at http://www.bestaces.info/free-diet-pills.php is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 14 day sample (there is a $4.97 shipping and handling charge).
Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.
