Is it regularly? If it's just once in awhile it may mean nothing. Sometimes we get tired and don't feel like it just like a women would but if it happens all the time then that is not normal. Now me personally, I'm always ready to rock and roll. :)

depends on the partner. if you are fwb( friends with benefits), it means look for new fwb. if you are married or serious relationship, it is not that big a deal. one missed day can be made up easily. try to talk to your partner and find out the reason. It could be simple as you dont smell good and you need a perfume or complicated as your relationship in danger.

Well it means they do not feel like making love-for whatever reason, they could be tired or not feeling well or just be pre occupied with workor have stress, there is always the possibility that they are being intimate with someone else, but if you know them well like you should you should be able to just ask them why they turned ya down...
