God is completely denied in Stargate. Its based around any other sci-fi show. Evolution, which denies God's involvement in anytime.

There are many "God's" depicted in Stargate SG1.The original movie had the Egyptian sun God Ra.The show has many other Egyptian Gods as well as the Asgard who were seen as God's and the Ori who are seen as evil God's who are opposite to the Ancients who are ascended beings and are the only ones worthy of being called "God's".Did that help?

1. More than a man, less than a god. I think he calls himself a god, but is a spirit that can interchange bodies and has other powers which give him attitude and ability. So he uses that ability for himself mostly, not considering the affects on others.
