I think if everyone keeps an open mind, at least they can learn from each other and learn things they did not know before.
I agree, quoting the bible means nothing because a lot of atheists have read the bible. The christians don't get that the atheists and other non-christians do not believe the bible...so quoting it has no effect. Also, the atheists giving their proof is not going to open the mind of a person who is terrified of the bible and words written by other people.
Note to you---a theist and a christian are not the same thing. You can believe in GOD and not the bible or the god within the bible, whom is made into a lesser god by a book.
I am definately ready for St. Pats!

You just asked a question and totaly cancelled the meaning of that question. Why show so much hatred towards others. They did not do anything to you. I expect to change someone else's life. Your life is the one that needs to be changed. Hatred is not good hatred causes evil. Evil cause's pain. Pain leads to more pain to others. Which becomes a vicious cycle and comes back to you. Because you are not treating people how you would like to be treated. You need to relax for awhile then re think what you just said. If you don't feel sorry for anything you just said. Then i can't help you.No your not christian or catholic or any other religion you claim be under. You just full of hate and anger. Because you are depressed.

As a christian, I will never change someone's life on my own. But it will take praying and letting God use me to help me to show someone the right way. It takes God to open someone's eye's and ear's. I can't change anyone's mind or thought's only God can.
--And why ask a question if your just going to tell them that they are wrong.
--To me St. Patrick's day is just another day. But I will wear green If I remember too.

I have and will continue to change people's lives.. As for St Patrick's Day, it was originally, The Celtic day of Morgan LeFay..The Christian's stole this and it became St. Patrick's Day.. His moving of the snakes from Ireland is a metaphor for the key role he played removing the indigenous magickal priestess tradition epitomised by this day being remembered by his name and not the High Priestess' Title.. Love and Light.. BB.. )O(

Whether truth be told, or blarney
We can speak our beliefs as we please -
We can agree with someone's religious convictions,
Or think they are all full of cheese!
Either way, 'tis a blessing to live here
In a country where free speech still abounds -
As long as we're respectful of others
And don't bite like a pack of wild hounds.
While this limerick may be very corny,
It is wished we can all get along -
And as you celebrate along with the Irish,
May you be blessed with good fun, food and song!
Happy St. Patrick's Day

Not so. The word of God does not return void. Meaning that the word of God returns what it promises.
I have been praying for my co-worker for 2 years and just now he has agreed to come to church with me. He is a very avid atheist, but he is coming to church to point out its faults...I believe his coming is an answer to prayer.
