It is less harmful, if that is what you want to know. But certainly it is not "healthier". Like all carbonated drinks, it is also harmful for your digestive system (remember, carbon-dioxide is one of the most toxic wastes of our body) and circulatory system. If by some means the CO2 reaches bones, the effect can be devastating really. So avoid using soft drinks and drink only fresh fruit juice as much as possible.

. Probably, if you look at the ingredients in other carbonated soft drinks they contain sugar or some other form of some of ,synthetic sweetener , some of which are unhealthy for you! In most soft drinks usually cola drinks, you will find phosphoric acid which is not good for you. It strips your body of minerals and calcium . " its used to purify water " and lower " PH " levels in water. your body requires a certain am mount of both of these elements . So if you are looking for a bang to your club soda add some peach or other fruit juice and enjoy! P.S . A little alcohol is not only good for you but is good to help you to relax ! " Also in small amounts" not like smiles !!!

Club soda contains no calories, or anything else for that matter. It is simply carbonated water.
