You can't download it - you have to buy it. You can purchase it separately or as part of Microsoft Office.

OpenOffice.Org has a Powerpoint-esque program, if FREE is what you're looking for. Otherwise, you have to go buy Powerpoint.

edit: the person below me says to get Power Point Viewer. This only allows you to view them, not make them.
