the SEZ's are owned by the govt. Land is leased out to the so called sansthanics.

u should try to open a co. in there too.......

it is going to became a fact as the re is no check by the government wheather the land is utilised for the same purpose or other wise they are doing real estate business with that land and amassing crores of rupees.hence in such cases, the land should be taken back by government and that industry should be fined at double the market rate prevails at that time in addition imprisionment tothe head of that organisation.this measure may prevent such formation of samsthan etc.
