Native Tagalog translation? Tagalog is Tagalog. Or do you mean what other Philippine dialect translation of "mahal kita"?

My gf told me it means I love you dearly. i think mahal ko would be a less intimate way to say i love you.

kayat ka = i like you in ilokano, or something like that, dunno the spelling lol. its not so much i 'love' you, its more like a 'crush' on someone when you say that lol
