That's the room spinning, not your head; the drawers opening and closing are an illusion based on changing focal distance of your eyes as you blink one, then the other. I'd say you should lay off the chemicals or get an MRI and some epilepsy meds quick!

Well, I am just going to assume you are serious and not drunk/high.
It's called Geisting, or Poltergeisting. It comes from the idea of poltergeists moving things around, and what you are doing is doing what the spirits do, except with out the spirits.
