No, it may seem that way when you step on the scale and the number is bigger, but that's all water weight, meaning you will either sleep on it and wake up fine the next day or pee it out.

Drinking a lot of water will not increase nor decrease the amount of fat on your body. If you were to drink a gallon of water (remember that's 8 pounds) in a short period of time, say one hour. You will not necessarily become fat. You may look enlarged especially around your belly, but after you pee for the next hour and empty your bladder you won't be any fatter than you were before you started drinking the water.
Water can help increase your metabolism and flush all those bad toxins out of your body, such as the ability to spell. Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day is a good idea. Just remember that your bladder will be going into overdrive to do its job too. So drink up, stay skinny and go to the gym.

Quite the contrary. Drinking water helps to keep your body hydrated, giving you healthier skin and better digestion.
People will often think that they are hungry when they are actually just in need of a drink of water.
Water intoxication is rare and doesn't happen by accident. It's generally the result of a dare or some type of hazing.
You don't get to that dangerous a point without being aware of real discomfort.

Rick V, water is H2O, it's not just high in it. And no, water contains no calories, no fats, no sugars and is very healthy for you. Drinking water everyday is very essential to function normally. Replace any other drinks that are high in sugars like soda/coffee/energy drinks with water and you will feel a difference, not to mention you'll even look better. It's great for your skin.

you may could be eating a TON of water. Water is superb for you, or perhaps in spite of the shown fact that it extremely is attainable to hold the extra suitable water weight around, you are able to surely sweat it out or urinate it. Drink water and choose for a mild jog in sweats. you would be dropping weight like loopy.

If anything it makes you lose weight. It cleans out your insides and such. I drink about a gallon of water a day and do not gain weight from it.
