If the asterisks refer to swear words, although many people use them and they are becoming as common as normal decent words- I find many of the swear words vulgar indeed- some say people lack enough vocabulary to express themselves (no matter what nationality ) and others say it adds emphasis to what they say. I have never swore in my life and never intend too either. So yes, real bad words I find offensive.

No.... I hear it all too often on the street and in the movies but overuse just indicates that the person is lacking in vocabulary skills.
English is a language is so rich in descriptive words.
One of these words could/should be used instead!
