I'm working on my midterm, due tomorrow. I'm in microsoft word, and I accidentally held the shift key down for more than eight seconds. So now every time i try to click on the paragraph to make changes, it highlights everything. I held down shift again to see what i had done, and hit cancel Filter key...whatever that means....i've screwed something up. HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

go to your control panel, there should be an icon called accessibility options, browse through and find the spot for sticky keys and turn it off... now get back to work on that midterm!! :)

Go to edit on the menu and try Undo you can do it a couple of times to get to where you want to be.
If sticky keys is on, or if things are still highlighting press the shift key once, click in your text once, it will go away.
