Erros with new version?

Question

I have recently upgraded to the newest version and getting alot of errors. It keeps singing on and off on its own. costantley losing my im conferencesand losing my password which I have prompted to save several times. What is going on with this new version. my computer is working perfectly. but I do have a thought about the whole thing its my adaware program. is it possible that that might be blocking it in some way. if so why does it log on in the first place. I have lovasoft adaware se plus. would appreciate help with this
