HI,
The usual reason and the only one I can think of, though I am educated in this. It is too much salt in your diet. People may forget that just because you may not add salt to your meals, check out the labels of all the food you eat. It is shocking how much salt sociopath CEO's with negligent indifference (don't get me started) Cut the salt. You should notice drastic results in about a week.Oh ya very important DRINK LOTS of WATER. Water will flush the salt from your system. help detox and help hydrate as most people with to much salt in system are dehydrated....GoodLuck...Mary

Cut down on your salt intake. I don't mean just table salt, but all salt. Many processed and frozen foods are extremely high in sodium (salt).

Your caffeine consumption may have something to do with you being able to lose the water, also exercise, and your monthly cycle can play a role.

Caffeine makes your kidneys work overtime and makes you urinate a lot. So many weightloss products contain it.

If you've *always* been like this, then please see a doctor about it.

your body isn't getting enough water and so it holds on to it . you need to drink at least 6 8oz glasses a day to clean and rehydrate your self.don't eat canned vegges because there is A LOT of salt hidden in them and be sure to add grain to your diet. good luck

it has nothing to do with water.. it has to do with genetics. You should drink lots of water to help flush out the dirty stuff in your body.
