What can I do if I am hypoglycemic but I have plantar fasciitis and I just got tonsillitis?

I mean what can I eat, how can I go about it if I live in a 2 story house and the fridge is on the 1st floor? I don't know of anything I can keep close to me. It hurts to drink water...

well it sounds like you need to go to the doctor for the tonsillitis. Why don't you locate yourself downstairs or hop on one foot down the stairs. Keep juices near you. And don't let this overwhelm you.
