ur ab muscles r weak/loose..
do running daily n after 2-3 mnths of running start ab. exercises.
ab muscles will bcme strong n will nt shake or hang afterwards..

you are putting a lot of strain on them

because they are weaker than load you put on. it will pass once they get stronger..
