her blood pressure can be maintained acutely by her sympathetic system, however, this will not last if her bleeding is not controlled. apply pressure if you can to whatever is bleeding and call 911.

I assume you already took her to a doctor's office. If so, wait for the diagnosis. Letting us worry you, etc. is just not a good idea. I hope everything turns out okay!
