That's true, half or less actually practice true Christianity. Our loving God is of course, loving, cares about us, and even dies for our sins. But, then there is Satan. You know what he does, he takes the joy out of being the Child of God. And that doesn't mean HUGE things, like not believing in Jesus, ect, but very minor things, like arguments, divorces, work, schoolwork, anything that has to do with failure. But one way we can STOP a lot of God's Children from suffering eternally is to always pray and witness. God gave us that gift. He always listens to our prayers, because, well, we're talking to him! So, good luck with the witnessing, because it is veryy difficult, and always pray for everyone to open their hearts to Jesus before you spread His word. And also remember, nobody can do anything without the assistance of God. May the Lord be with you!

The answer is, no. There can be no question whether or not God is loving. 1 John 4:8 says, "... God is love." A loving God would NOT eternally torment people. However, there are penalties for sin. Do you remember what God told Adam would happen if he sinned? He said, "To dust you will return." The wages sin pays is death and the dead are conscious of nothing, not happiness, not pain. Death is a state of non-existence.
Hope this was helpful!

Why bother using that example why not murdering every living creature on earth because of sin? The god of the bible is not all loving sure Jesus is a good guy. But the bible was written by man obviously which is why god seems so bi polar and in between at times. I'm an atheist and the fact that we all evolved should be enough to shake your faith. Why do people waste there time on questions like these? Religion and the belief in a god that was made by man is simply absurd to be.

Yes. First of all, how do you know that these "True Christians" are indeed that? They do have private lives do they not, and not everything they do/say in private is brought out into the public, correct? So, with that said perhaps they have done or said something that displeased God at one time, or maybe God is telling people that this person was not indeed true and that people should not follow their example. I think it also has to do with the fact that you need bad things to happen so that you can appreciate the good...God wants people to be thankful for what they have.

No He cannot and will not. Stop listening to lies from your church. What do you thinck the second death is,it is the death of your soul. God never created anyone that He didn't want to live forever. All names are in the Book of Life. But some are coming out. God will blot them OUt painlesslly thats why there will be no tears in heaven for a loved 1 that didn't make it. Because they never really did exsist, check the meaning in hebrew and greek of the word blott. It means erased from time immortal.

According to Christian beliefs, God lets his children make their own decisions. By choosing to sin, his children have chosen hell. God is in a sense letting them suffer eternally, because he loves them enough to respect their decision even if it's a poor one.
But God recognized that humans were basically screwed, which is where Jesus comes in. Humans have a second chance now, but if they choose to squander that chance as well, he again respects their decision to enter torment.
I'm not saying I believe that, but that's what the Christian faith teaches.

If you believe everything happens for a reason, then yes God allows suffering as a teaching point. And yes, his word is no secret...just a disobiedient must learn a lesson, so will many...A loving parent chastises their child, wouln't a loving God do the same.

one: Where did you get your statistics from? they seem....far fetched.
And God allows Her children to make their own choices. She gives them paths that they can take, and the darn thing called Free Will always interferes.
We choose to suffer and just like any other Parent, God is sad when She sees us suffer, but as a good parent, She doesn't interfere with our choices. She tells us what we should do, but in the end, we are the ones who decide to either suffer or prosper
