I drink 6, 16oz. bottles of water a day. One is flavored with a fiber supplement. I am getting enough water.

A good rule of thumb for water is half your body weight in lbs would be the number of ounces of water you should drink.

If you weigh 120 lbs, for example, 60 ozs would be what you need (just under the 8 glasses most recommend). You're drinking 12 glasses currently. Chances are you may be even over doing it a bit.

If you're doing this to lose weight, you should consider body cleansing and proper nutrition. You'll find that your body will be happy to rid itself of the fat when you allow it to rid itself of the toxins through body cleansing...

Dietary recommendations. The Institute of Medicine advises that women consume 2.2 liters (70oz) of total beverages a day.
I think you drink more than enough. If you are into sports than you should drink more water.

you need 8 glasses of water a day which is 96oz.
so, yes, you are getting enough.

you should drink at least a gallon of water a day... if your urine looks yellow then it is a sign that you're dehydrated
