you can run a free credit report on yourself.
try free credit report.com
I will list all the creditors name, address and phone numbers.
Or you can use a credit counseling company.
If you do try and find a non-profit one. They will arrange a payment plan all you will have to do is mail them a check every month and they will pay off your bills.

you just have to get a copy of your credit report. At the very end, it will list all of your creditors and a phone number or an address to write to them.

Try to find them. If you call the number listed on your credit report and they can't seem to find you account you should dispute that with the credit bureau and they will try to locate them. If they can't contact them within 30 days they will have to remove it from your report.
