I'm a big fan of a baked potato with zesty Italian dressing instead of butter or sour cream.
Apples with the core hollowed out and replaced with Jiffy Honey peanut butter is delicious.
All sorts of stir fry are good, vary in flavor depending on what you put in them, and are very good for you.
Thai foods rarely contain milk or tomato products.
I don't see that limiting your diet to no tomato or milk products would be too constrictive.

One of the super foods for your body is Sweet Potatoes (or yams). They are full of vitamins and fiber and are delicious too. Just bake and eat plain.
