I’m twenty one and I’ve been experiencing this “heart racing” issue since I was about fifteen. What started as a racing heart has turned into a huge issue with me and today I almost died because of it. I always get this odd dream like blurred vision of spacey circles with bright light, then comes the tightening in my chest and racing heart that I can usually feel in my ears, when it all passes I always have a nasty metallic taste in my mouth. After that I don’t remember much expect feeling like I just woke up too early after taking a sleeping pill.
This morning while driving to school I felt this same awful feeling and somehow ended up hitting a huge lifted on my passenger side and literally drove up his back tire, which caused me to completely flip over. Following that I remember waking upside down...

I'm so sorry! I'm glad you weren't seriously hurt. Your problem needs to be seen quickly and diagnosed. It is possibly cardiac in nature. Do not drive yourself: have a friend help you or if you are feeling "that way again", call 911, and sit or lie yourself down. Your MD needs to hear of these symptoms ASAP. P.S., just because your problem is possibly heart related, does not mean by any means that the Docs can't help you. Do not delay.

It could be anxiety/panic attacks, as what each person may experience varies. I have been diagnosed with GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and it took a long time to get to that diagnosis too! Many ER visits, Dr.'s ect. I have "heart racing symptoms, as well as the chest pain, ears ringing, blurred vision, dizziness, headaches, and other symptoms to the point where I was physically ill because of it. I would suggest that you see a Dr. and if you get no results I would consult with a psychiatrist. Also when you start to feel this way take deep breaths, and think of omething that makes you happy, or keep repeating a calming phrase over and over. I hope you find the cause and get well soon. If you find it is anxiety, I always felt better by talking to someone who understood what I was going thru.

Hello, I think I can help you. I had the same symptoms last year. They came on suddenly and I thought I was about to die any time for over a year. I took panic attach meds but like you. nothing could be found wrong with my heart etc. Then one day my husband was looking at my multi vitamin container and the "content" list. Included was a tiny amount of Iodine and I'm allergic to that. The day I stopped that vitamin tablet all my awful troubles stopped too. So, my help to you would be to check everything you have been in the habit of taking since you have been unwell. If nothing is obvious to you then maybe ask to be checked for allergies and check again! Cheers, and good luck. I know what you are going through.

You're not crazy and it is not a panic attack either because I have them and I get racing heart beat, dizziness, trembling/shaking, tightness in the jaw, chest pains, etc. Doesn't sound like what you're explaining here. Seizure I doubt it. You should check your cardiologist even though I doubt it's nothing serious because you've gotten that since you were 15 years and you haven't died yet, right? So go to either that or a psychiatrist.

Did you visit, or have you been visiting people, or have been close with relatives or those that read cards from the dark side. Think about it. I believe that you have been opening doors for demons to visit you without you knowing it. You cann't see them because they are spirit. Do not be afraid, Just call the name of Jesus every time you feel those symptoms. I suggest to you , to start visiting an Evangelist Church and at the end of the service go the front and let the Pastor to pray for you. Acept Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour of your life. You are going to feel better and be set free from any demons or any burden, or negative thought.. Read the Bible, Talk to God, He hears you when you talk to him. Do it before you get into any depression. Bad dreams are not from God. God, let us go through all those situations for us to get closer to Him. Ephesians 6:10-17, says: The Armor of God
10 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in his mighty power. 11 Put on the full armor of God so that you can take your stand against the devil's schemes. 12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. 13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. 14 Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, 15 and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace. 16 In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. 17 Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.

You need help. Jesus Christ is your healer. When you read the word of God in the Bible you will understand many things. The Word of the Lord it is like water. Clean your mind from negative thoughts. Believe me, I came to the Lord because I was feeling terrible, with many symptoms and I was getting depress. I gave my life to Jesus Christ, and He changed my whole llife. It was a new begining when I gave my life to Jesus Christ. With Jesus Christ in my heart. I'm a new criature. "3 You will keep in perfect peace him whose mind is steadfast, because he trusts in you." (Jeremiah 26:3). "8 Do not let this Book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful." (Joshua) 1:8). Do not doubt. Jesus loves you. Believe in Him, believe in His Word. Be Bless
