When i start itunes my computer laggs, on top of which when i plug my ipod in it doesnt recognize it right away, it takes up to like 5 mins, then it comprehends my ipod as though as it is new, then it syncs but when i go to eject it freezes, and from time to time on its own it freezes, it laggs my whole pc and cuases a delay on every program, also it doesnt want to upload the knew videos i converted and when ever i plug it in the do not disconnect flashes on my ipod indefinatly even when i eject it, please help

What sort of system are you running? Does it meet the iPod + iTunes system requirements? Your computer may be infected with malware etc. that could be slowing it down.

maybe u can try reinstall the lastest itunes software...
